Enrollment Agreement for Real Estate Continuing Education:
By completing the registration process, you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree with the school enrollment agreement. You are also confirming that you understand the class title, learning objectives and hours offered if course is completed.
Student Attestation: By completing the registration process, you are attesting that you will be the person taking the class for credit hours.
Refund Policy: Any request for refunds must be in writing for verification. Any request will be handled on a case-by-base basis. Please email requests to ocotilloeduation@gmail.com.
Required Course Materials: The required course materials will be emailed to you prior to the start of class at no charge.
Course Completion Requirements: You must be in attendance the entire course to be eligible for continuing education credits.
Attendance Policy for zoom: Per ADRE live/remote class guidelines, for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the duration of the course. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class.
Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table like you would be when you are in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to always maintain visual and audio contact with you. The class will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have joined too late. If you are not following the rules of the live/remote class, you will be removed from the course. Mobile devices are not allowed.
RELEASE AND WAIVER
I HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER KNOWN, AGAINST OCOTILLO EDUCATION, LLC, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”), EITHER IN LAW OR EQUITY, AND THAT THIS RELEASE IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF OR ATTRIBUTABLE TO MY PARTICIPATION IN AND ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, WHETHER CAUSED BY OR ARISING OUT OF THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND OF WESERV OR ANY RELEASEES. I COVENANT NOT TO MAKE OR BRING ANY CLAIM I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF AGAINST WESERV OR ANY RELEASEE, AND FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE WESERV AND ALL RELEASEES FROM LIABILITY UNDER SUCH CLAIMS.
