Instructor: Keri Means – Keri has been in the real estate industry for 23 years. She is the Designated Broker for Wise Realty AZ, Inc and has been teaching for 8 years. Her passion for gardening and teaching comes through in her being a Master Gardener. Though, one of her very favorite pastimes is traveling, with her favorite trip being a safari to Kenya, Africa. Her newest favorite pastime is being a MiMi to a mischievous 3 1/2 year old that keeps her on her toes.
Instructor: Jennifer Mathus – Jennifer has been in the mortgage business since 2001. She was a trainer at ARMLS for 7 years and has continued to teach and coach for the last 15 years.
Instructor: Jill Waldrop – Having been in the mortgage industry and banking for more than 25 yrs, I love working where I can utilize my expertise and skills to help more borrowers in need. I pride myself on my attentiveness to clients, customer service, communication and educating my clients on the process and the documents they are signing in obtaining a new mortgage. Prior to working in the mortgage industry, I worked as a manager of an auto finance company and a branch manager for a bank. I hold a degree in Economics with a minor in math and statistics from the University of Missouri.
Instructor: Joseph G. Urtuzuastegui III is an active attorney in the State of Arizona focusing on Real Estate, Business, Bankruptcy, and Probates, Trusts, and Wills. He has also been a licensed real estate agent since 2010 which provides him with a unique comparative perspective between Real Estate transactions and applicable legal principles.
